RIOT Art and Craft products have a 12-month warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. 

Warranty coverage can depend on the product, purchase details, the issue reported, and the applicable terms. A human team member must review a specific warranty request before coverage or an outcome can be confirmed.

If you need help with a warranty claim, contact our friendly team and please include your order number, product name or model, a description of the issue, and photos or video where relevant.

Do not continue using a product if it may be unsafe. Contact us for human review rather than assuming that a repair, replacement, refund, or credit will be approved.
