Can I change or cancel my order?Updated a month ago

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact RIOT Art and Craft as soon as possible through the RIOT Help Center and include your order number.

For an unfulfilled order, the team can review whether the requested change or cancellation is still possible before dispatch. Partner-warehouse orders may be managed outside RIOT’s distribution centre, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot normally be changed or canceled. A human team member can review the order and confirm whether any option remains available.

Do not assume that a change or cancellation has been completed until RIOT confirms it. We cannot promise a refund, payment adjustment, return, replacement, or other outcome before review.
