How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard metro delivery is usually 2 to 5 business days after processing, with separate timelines possible for partner-warehouse and big-and-bulky items.
How much does shipping cost, and do you offer free shipping?
Free metro shipping is available on eligible orders over $59. Exclusions and delivery fees may apply, and final shipping costs are shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking details in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel. Contact RIOT Art and Craft if tracking is missing, contradictory, or overdue.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact RIOT Art and Craft as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Requests can be reviewed before dispatch, but changes are not guaranteed.
Do you ship to New Zealand or internationally?
RIOT Art and Craft currently delivers within Australia only. We do not ship to New Zealand or other international destinations.

How can I get a copy of my tax invoice?
Check your RIOT Art and Craft order confirmation email for tax-invoice information. Contact support if you cannot find the document.

How does Click and Collect work?
Click and Collect is available in Victoria for eligible non-partner products. Wait for the Ready for Collection notification before travelling to the Clayton pickup location.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
RIOT does not offer gift wrapping, but you can add an email gift message at checkout and send an order directly to a recipient.
