After placing an order with RIOT Art and Craft, check your order confirmation email for tax-invoice information or a download link.

If you cannot find your tax invoice, contact the RIOT Help Center with your order number and the email address used for the order.

If you purchased through a marketplace, use the marketplace support portal first, or contact RIOT with your order details if further help is needed.
