Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?Updated a month ago

RIOT Art and Craft does not offer gift wrapping or gift-packaging services.

Greeting cards, gift wrap, and gift bags are separate products that we sell, which you can browse here: Cards & Gift Wrap – Riot Art & Craft. These are not used to package or fulfil another order.

Gift messages

You can add a personalized email gift message at checkout and choose when it is sent, including timing related to order placement or fulfilment. Gift messages are not placed inside the parcel and cannot be added after checkout.

Gift deliveries and paperwork

You can send an order directly to the recipient by entering the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. We cannot promise a gift receipt or that pricing can be hidden outside the checkout process.

RIOT does not include a printed invoice or packing slip in physical deliveries unless the confirmed order process states otherwise. If you receive another person’s information in a parcel, do not share it and contact our friendly team.
