RIOT Art and Craft delivers within Australia only. A residential address is required for every order. PO Boxes and parcel lockers are not supported.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Standard metro delivery: usually 2 to 5 business days after processing
- Express delivery: usually 2 to 3 business days after processing when available at checkout
Partner-warehouse products and big-and-bulky items may have separate processing, carrier, and delivery timeframes. A single order may be split into multiple parcels.
Shipping costs
Free metro shipping is available on eligible orders over $59. Big-and-bulky items and partner-warehouse products may be excluded. Regional delivery and dangerous goods, including aerosol cans and solvents, may incur delivery fees calculated at checkout.

Delivery information
Australia Post and Direct Freight Express are preferred carriers. Partner warehouses may use other carriers. Tracking details are provided when available through the applicable carrier.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delivery dates cannot be changed after an order is placed.
