How does Click and Collect work?Updated a month ago

Click and Collect is available in Victoria for eligible non-partner products ordered through RIOT Art and Craft.

For more information, see Click & Collect – RIOT Art & Craft.

Partner-warehouse and dropship products are not eligible. Eligibility can vary by product and variant, so check the product and checkout information before placing your order.

Before collecting your order

Wait until you receive the Ready for Collection notification before travelling to the pickup location.

Click and Collect orders are collected from:

RIOT Art and Craft
Unit 3, 45-49 McNaughton Road
Clayton VIC 3168

Enter through Gate 1 and follow the signs to the undercover car park.

Pickup hours are 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Collection requirements

Collect your order within 2 weeks of receiving the Ready for Collection notification. Bring the notification and valid photo ID. Another person may collect the order only when they have the notification, valid photo ID, and follow the collection instructions.

If your notification is missing, your collection window has expired, or the eligibility information appears incorrect, contact the RIOT Help Center before travelling. Do not assume that an order is ready or that an extension, refund, or exception has been approved.
