Exchange and Returns – Riot Art & Craft

RIOT Art and Craft does not generally offer direct exchanges.

For change-of-mind:

For an eligible change-of-mind request, the usual approach is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product after the return has been approved and completed.

Change-of-mind returns must be requested and returned within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Sale and clearance items follow the same conditions. Partner-warehouse products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, and return postage is non-refundable.

Do not send the item back until RIOT has approved the return and provided a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions. The desired product or variant may not remain available while the return is being processed.
