What is RIOT Art and Craft’s change-of-mind returns policy?
Change-of-mind returns must be requested and returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
How do I return an item?
Contact RIOT Art and Craft before sending an item back. A return must be approved and assigned a Return Authorisation number before you ship it.
Can I exchange an item?
RIOT Art and Craft does not generally offer direct exchanges. For an eligible change-of-mind request, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
After an approved return is received and inspected, refund processing usually takes 3 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time.
