When will I receive my refund?Updated a month ago

Once an approved return is received and inspected, RIOT Art and Craft will normally process an approved refund to the original payment method.

• RIOT processing: usually 3 to 10 business days after the return is received
• Bank or payment-provider processing: typically another 3 to 10 business days, depending on the provider

Afterpay, Zip Pay, and PayPal Pay in 4 adjustments follow the relevant provider’s processing timelines. The provider may adjust or cancel remaining instalments and refund amounts already paid.

We will email you when the refund has been issued. Refund timing can vary, so we cannot guarantee an exact date.

If more than 10 business days have passed since the refund-issued email and the funds have not appeared, contact your bank or payment provider first, then contact the RIOT Help Center with your order details.
