Exchange and Returns – RIOT Art & Craft change-of-mind policy

Change-of-mind returns must be requested and returned within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unopened and unused
In its original condition and packaging

Sale and clearance items follow the same conditions. Partner-warehouse products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Return postage is non-refundable. Do not send an item back until the return has been approved and you have received a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

After approval, RIOT will provide the return instructions and address. The approved return address is:

RIOT Art and Craft
Unit 3, 45-49 McNaughton Road
Clayton VIC 3168

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after the approved return is received and inspected. See RIOT’s Help Center to start a return or ask about your eligibility.

Faulty, damaged, wrong, or missing items may follow a different review process. Contact us before returning those items.
