How do I return an item?Updated a month ago
Contact RIOT Art and Craft through the RIOT Help Center before sending an item back.
- Provide your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for RIOT to review and approve the return. Do not send the item back before approval.
- If the return is approved, RIOT will provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions.
- Package the item securely in its original condition and packaging where applicable, and follow the return instructions provided.
- Keep your postage receipt and tracking details until the return has been completed.
After the return is received and inspected, RIOT will confirm the applicable outcome. Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method when approved.
Faulty, damaged, wrong, or missing items may require additional details, such as photos or video. Contact us before returning those items so the team can provide the correct instructions.
Do not return an item to the manufacturer or send it to an address that RIOT has not provided for your approved return.
