RIOT Art and Craft gift cards are electronic gift cards that can be purchased and used online.

Gift-card details

• Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
• The minimum gift-card value is $25.
• Gift cards are electronic, so no physical card is provided.
• Multiple gift cards may be used in one transaction.
• A gift card may be used with one discount code, subject to the offer terms.

Using gift cards with payment methods

An eligible gift card may be used in conjunction with Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) methods including Afterpay, Zip and PayPal PayIn4 for a non-gift-card purchase. Buy Now Pay Later methods cannot be used to purchase a gift card.

Availability depends on checkout eligibility.

Checking a balance

There is no self-service gift-card balance checker. After a gift card is used, the remaining balance is shown in the customer’s email. Contact the friendly Riot Team if you need help with a balance question.

Lost or unusable gift cards

Gift cards are treated like cash. Lost or stolen electronic gift cards are not replaced or refunded.

If a gift card does not work or produces an error, contact our Team and they will assist. Do not share the full gift-card number, security code, password, or sensitive payment details.
