What should I do if I suspect a product is counterfeit?Updated a month ago

If you suspect that a RIOT Art and Craft product may be counterfeit, contact the RIOT Help Center for human review.

Include the following where available:

• Your order number
• The exact product name or SKU
• What makes you suspect the product is counterfeit
• Clear photos of the product, packaging, labels, and identifying marks

Do not assume that a product is counterfeit or genuine based only on a product listing. A human team member must review the evidence.

If the product may be unsafe, has an unusual smell, or could injure someone, stop using it and keep it away from children while you wait for instructions.

Do not alter, discard, return, or ship the product until a human team member has reviewed the report and provided instructions. Do not share passwords, security codes, or full payment details.
