If your discount code does not work, check the current offer terms and confirm:

• The code has not expired or already been used
• The products in your cart are eligible
• Your order meets any minimum-spend requirement
• The code has been entered correctly without extra spaces
• You are not trying to combine codes when the offer allows only one code

Some promotions may exclude sale, clearance, partner-brand, gift-card, or other products. Use the specific terms shown with the current offer.

If the code should be valid but still fails, contact the RIOT Help Center before completing your order. Include the code, the relevant product or cart details, and a screenshot of the error if available.
